Yasiel Depew is the founder of YDRacing and a lead builder at Gooichi Motors, a high-end fabrication shop specializing in Mercedes M120 V12 swaps, custom engineering, and elite SEMA-quality builds.
With 12 years of experience as an automotive technician and over 6 years building high-performance custom cars, I’ve dedicated my career to pushing the limits of what’s possible in automotive engineering. From precision fabrication to advanced 3D scanning, CAD design, and prototype development, I approach every project with motorsport-level quality and attention to detail.

Raising the Bar
Taking on a full ground-up RX-7 FC project with a twin-turbo Mercedes M120 V12 forced me to push the limits of creativity, engineering, and problem solving at the highest level. This build challenged me to grow, evolve, and think beyond what’s “normal” in the industry. That same knowledge, experience, and innovation now goes into every custom part I design
